RE: controlled and responsible bluetooth marketing.

We established a network throughout Las Vegas and once someone chooses not to optim in when we prompt the phone we maintain the data base so we do not send any information to there phone again.  Yes there will be irresponsible parties that simply blast but the larger groups like ourselves should look at a way to develop a organization which supports reponsibility when bluetooth marketing</description>
